Local deliveries are primarily sent by Zipmail. Knutsford Express delivery is also an option.
I'm not in Jamaica, how can I receive my package?
International Shipping is available through the EMS or Parcel methods.
Does Kini Krew Kollection offer wholesale swimwear?
Unfortunately, we do not offer wholesale swimwear.
Delivery & Returns
We offer in-person pickup in Spanish Town, Old Harbour and May Pen. Persons located in other areas are able to receive their item(s) through Zipmail delivery or Knutsford Express delivery. Zipmail arrives within 1-3 business days and Knutsford Express deliveries arrive the same or next day.
For persons located outside of Jamaica who wish to shop with us, we offer delivery by the EMS and Parcel delivery options. EMS packages arrive within 3-5 business days and Parcel packages arrive within 1-3 weeks.
In order to maintain the hygienic standards of our items and the health of our customers, returns or exchanges are not facilitated. In the event that the incorrect item was sent and its packaging, tags, and safety seals are still intact, please send us an email to have the order promptly corrected.
Payment Info
We accept credit and debit card payments by WiPay and PayPal. Both offer secure processing of transactions and a simple user interface. Persons who wish to collect their items in person at a designated pickup location can also choose to utilize the cash-on-delivery option. Bank Transfers are also accepted, please send us an email, WhatsApp message or direct message on Instagram or Facebook for all the necessary details.
